Payments are to be made in full before the delivery or pickup of the rental items.

Renters are responsible for returning all rental equipment in the same condition it was received, normal wear and tear excepted. In the event equipment is damaged, lost, or rendered unusable during the rental period, the renter agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement, as determined by the rental company and the signed rental agreement between both parties. Failure to remit payment for damages may result in additional fees, denial of future rental service, or referral to collections.

We offer delivery and setup for extra cost. Small party packages and other smaller orders are approximately $25 for delivery and setup. Larger orders can average closer to $50 per delivery and setup needs. Location and miles are considered in the cost per delivery fee.

Packages and other rentals are rented on a day to day basis. If items are needed for more than a day, rates may change from what you see on the website or promotions. We offer discounts for larger packages and extended rates depending on supply and demand.
